Custom furniture requires a 50% deposit before work begins.
Design approvals and production timelines are communicated upfront.
All designs remain the intellectual property of Phillips Design & Craft unless otherwise agreed upon.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for non-custom items in their original condition.
Custom orders are final sale due to their personalized nature.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact within 7 days with photos so we can arrange a replacement or repair.
